1. Nature of Our Service
Zokario is a price comparison, deal discovery, and multi-merchant aggregation platform. We index and showcase products available from certified e-commerce retailers including Amazon India, Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital.
Zokario is not a retailer, seller, distributor, or shipper. We do not take orders, process credit cards, package goods, or fulfill deliveries. Clicking an offer directs you to the retailer's checkout page, where any resulting commercial transaction is executed directly between you and the retailer.
2. Real-Time Price & Stock Fluctuations
While our sync jobs run regularly to keep pricing synchronized, merchant offers, stock availability, bank discounts, and lightning deals change dynamically.
The final price displayed on the merchant's checkout page at the exact moment of transaction takes precedence over any figure displayed on Zokario. Zokario is not responsible for expired offers or price revisions initiated by the merchant.
3. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure
Zokario participates in various affiliate advertising programs, including the Amazon Associates Programme, Flipkart Affiliate Program, and merchant networks. Outbound links on this site may be affiliate links that earn us a referral commission at zero extra cost to you.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zokario, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any product defect, delay in shipment, order cancellation, warranty dispute, or damages arising out of purchases made on destination merchant websites. Any customer support inquiries regarding orders must be directed to the merchant where the order was placed.
5. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

Flipkart, Croma, Tata, Reliance Digital, and other respective brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and referral purposes.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of Zokario shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
